Jon is the best personal trainer ever! I’ve trained with Jon for over two years 2 times a week, and my physical and mental transformation could not have been more total. I have amazed myself with the strength and confidence I have gained through Jon’s guidance and encouragement. The workouts were super intense, and always fun. Jon has a wonderful way of instructing in a kind and clear manner that made me feel incredibly comfortable. I was able to get out of my head and really be in my body during our workouts, fully confident in Jon’s supervision and adjustments. I have used several trainers over the years and John is the best by a wide margin. He is extremely knowledgeable, fun to be with, and motivating. John gets results and makes it enjoyable in the process. Couldn’t more highly recommend.

Jon is the best personal trainer you could hope for. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and mixes in a lot of really cool exercises. Also, he intuitively knows when to ramp down or ramp up pace in a session based on your performance that day, which is incredibly valuable. I trained with Jon for 1.5 years, 2-3 times per week, ending in December 2018. I can’t wait to work out with Jon in SD when I’m in the area!!!!!!!!!

I needed a workout to jumpstart my wedding goals. We were lucky to find Jon and his studio. I have been working with Jon for many years, and he is a topnotch professional trainer that provides a hard workout on top of being fun. Your brain is refreshed and your body is stretched, toned, and challenged. Jon creates a community of people who care about each other, and become part of your lives. He creates a healthy environment for a wide variety of people, open to people of all ages, gender and fitness. You never feel out-of-place, no matter at what stage you are starting in your fitness regime. He provides a place you want to incorporate into your lifestyle. I just had my first session with Jon and it was fantastic! Before we started my workout he did muscle testing and muscle activating excercises for me, which I really appreciated. He was very mindful of my injuries, but still pushed me to my edge (safely). He is super knowledgeable and experienced, I highly recommend Jon for any and every fitness level!
